The Turquoise Cowgirl: In the Shadows of the Palms, A Love Story

The first book in my next series of books, "The Hope Fiction Series," is done, and will be out soon. It's called The Turquoise Cowgirl, In the Shadows of the Palms, A Love Story. We return to the precocious and internationally known diva, Lilia Faith Christian, who is now an adult. This scintillating love story will pierce the hearts of the generations, and uplift the hopes and faith of the readers. Here is an excerpt:

Jim and Bill worked in the barn milking the cows when the urgent report erupted on the radio. "Lilia Faith Christian is reported missing while on vacation with her family. Anyone who has knowledge of her whereabouts, please notify the police." The hair stood up on the back of Jim's neck, as he realized his worst fear of all. Jim, the bodyguard boyfriend, threw down his pail, and sprinted out of the barn with Bill on his heels.

"We have to think like the kidnappers Jim. Lilia is on crutches and has a full-leg cast. What are the chances of the kidnappers escaping the resort without anyone noticing, especially with her celebrity?" Bill asked with focused calculation.

"Nada," Jim replied with stern determination. "She's probably still there somewhere."

When the men barreled into the resort, Jim's adrenaline propelled him at lightning speed on the upper path towards the underground cave. Bill pumped his arms as he forced his legs to carry him faster on the lower path. Jim reached the stairs as Bill rounded the bend. Jim pounded down the stairs and the echo thundered off the walls of the cave.

"I hope we find her in time!" Jim wailed with panic.
